Meet the Cast!

We are very happy to present the cast of this year’s pantomine, Dick Whittington and his Musical Cat. The list features a mixture of new and familiar faces for visitors to the Regal, and everybody is eager for you to see what they have in store!

Steven Finley as Dick Whittington

Steven can’t wait to travel from the Teme to the Thames as Dick Whittington! It’s his 3rd year with the Regal, starting out as an Assistant Stage Manager. Most recently, he can be seen and/heard on a comedy TV pilot, immersive theatre with Hoopstar Theatrical, and an audiobook on Shakespeare by Eliza Langland.

Amelia Jaukovic as Meowly Cyrus

Amelia is very excited to be bringing some festive fun to the stage! Performing is a lifelong passion of hers, and Pantomime in particular holds a special place in her heart. A recent graduate from Performers College, Birmingham, she loves any opportunity to bring characters to life—especially when there’s a bit of sparkle and silliness involved!

Alan French as Dame Sherrie Trifle

After playing Betty Bagwash in Aladdin, and Kylie Flatbroke in Cinderella, Alan is excited to be back for his third panto at the Regal with more frills, thrills and giggles as Sherry Trifle. When he’s not flamboyantly flouncing as a Dame, Alan also appears in trousers from time to time in theatre, film and television; his recent appearances include Hollyoaks, Brassic, Cold Feet, Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Waterloo Road.

Lily Sitzia as Alice Fitzwarren

Lily is incredibly excited to be returning to Tenbury for a third year and join this brilliant company for Dick Whittington! Recently, Lily has performed in ‘The Treason Show’, a satirical sketch comedy, ‘Girls on Fire’ a new writing piece Lily co-created and performed in as part of Lambeth Fringe, and choreographed a local production of ‘Sweeney Todd’. Lily hopes you enjoy the show!

James Taheny as Bowbells/King Elvis

This Christmas, James dazzles as Fairy Bowbells and swivels into song in the role of King Elvis in Dick Whittington! After a recent tour of Italy, performing as Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing, and last year's performances at the Regal Tenbury Wells Theatre, he is back to set the stage for a little magic, laughter and rock 'n' roll!

Heather Phoenix as Virminia: Queen of the Rats

Heather’s theatre credits range from Pantomime to Shakespeare, from Ayckbourn to Coward, from Sondheim to Sheridan; including Keswick TBTL, Salisbury Playhouse, York Theatre Royal, Watermill Newbury, New Vic Stoke and national touring. Her TV and film credits include Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Doctors, Deep Water, Mount Pleasant, Heartbeat, A Touch of Frost, and Anita and Me.
