The National Emergency Briefing (NEB) is a UK public‑information initiative created to give Parliament and the public a full, expert-led briefing on the climate and nature crisis, including risks to food security, health, the economy, and national security.

It was launched with a major event on 27 November 2025 at Westminster Central Hall, attended by over 1,200 MPs and leaders, and is now supported by a nationwide film campaign.
