The dedicated and energetic volunteers at the Regal, who have recently received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service 2019, are always keen to welcome additional help in all areas of the daily running of the theatre.

The Regal is proud of its high specification projection, lighting and sound equipment which enables it to show live screen and satellite broadcast events, touring theatre companies, visiting bands and shows as well as its own large and small productions, music from the community and local schools and its own classes in art, drama and dance. The multi purpose Studio at the rear of the building facilitates simultaneous performances with the main auditorium, so doubling the need for attendant volunteers.

The minimum age is sixteen to help in ushering, daily box office, projection, sound lighting, stage work, administration, marketing, promotion, fund raising and programming - many and varied activities to ensure that our patrons receive enjoyable entertainment and value in a friendly, safe and professional environment as well as ensuring that the volunteers find their duties fulfilling and rewarding and providing a real service to the community of Tenbury Wells and the region.
